From May 7-10, more than 8,000 workplace learning and development professionals from 40 countries converged at the Dallas Convention Center. With 475+ speakers the conference featured presentations by industry gurus like Michael Allen, Marcus Buckingham, author of Now Discover Your Strengths and Steven Covey, author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In addition, the international conference offered a myriad of networking opportunities. Attendees from all over the world rekindled colleague relationships, forged new ones and learned about the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Many workplace training and development professionals seeking ways to meet the challenges of expanding international markets were drawn to Magnum Group’s booth. As leaders in translation and localization, and pioneers of globalization, we welcomed the opportunity to discuss methods of keeping their training in sync with the cultural and linguistic needs of their diverse learners.
