More than 300 leaders of corporate universities gathered at Disney’s Contemporary Resort to discuss best practices of launching a corporate university, leading maturing corporate universities to higher effectiveness, growth, and streamlined operation. A common theme in the workshops and presentations was the need for corporate universities to reach out to multicultural audiences, which included subsidiary units around the world, business partners, as well as a growing international client base.
